When I was researching I saw some reviews that mentioned that the velcro parts on teh straps had come off after a few months. I was a little worried but since they have warranty I took a chance and got it anyway but it seems like they’ve updated the velcro part with stitching instead of glue to fix the problem! Happy with my purchase and good to see that they made improvements to the product

I bought this for myself originally but to my happy surprise the neck piece also works perfectly for my dog. She has been having fur loss and skin issues and I heard red light can help for animals too..Fingers crossed to see results for her but I love the face piece for myself too

As a total skeptic who spent weeks scrolling through every single LED mask, I can honestly tell you the Project E Lumalux is the one to beat. The biggest game-changer is the 3-minute treatment time—it actually works that fast because it has 800 LEDs and includes Deep Infrared light (which is supposedly what the pros use), so I can finally be consistent. My skin is noticeably firmer, my tone is more even, and those tiny hormonal chin bumps that used to take days to calm down are gone overnight with the Blue Light setting. It's soft, flexible silicone and has a single strap (a huge upgrade from my last mask!), so I can wear it while making coffee. My only minor complaint, like others, is that the strap doesn't fit my ear position well but totally worth every penny.
