DHL shipping on this product was great good communication and on time. Beware if you live in Canada there are extra duties and charges on your shipment that is not expected as not tax is being charged at check out. This is not a great experience. The product itself is decent I have used it 6 times so far. I do not like the gel that comes with it as it is extremely sticky and does not glide at all. I purchased a different gel from another company which works much better. When I was using with the provided gel I was noticing that my lines around my mouth were actually looking worse which is why I am giving only 3 stars. Since getting the new gel the results seem much better. I do not recommend the collagen gel for this product.
